Meet Dr. Bryan Johnson
Dr. Bryan Johnson grew up in Wheaton, Minnesota but has called Milbank his home for the last 13 years. Dr. Johnson received his undergraduate degree from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minnesota. He then attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
During dental school, Dr. Johnson was an active dental volunteer at the Union Gospel Mission and has continued with volunteering through the Dental Mission on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. Dr. Johnson is an active member of the South Dakota Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Continuing education is an important aspect of Dr. Johnson’s career. He has completed the course curriculum at the Dawson Academy, Progressive Orthodontic Seminars, University of Minnesota/Zimmer implant institute, and certification in Cerec dentistry. Dr. Johnson has also attended numerous courses in cosmetic dentistry, endodontic procedures and pediatric care.
Dr Johnson lives in Milbank, South Dakota with his wife Sara and their three children Eli, Violet, and Gus.
Dr. Alysha Holmquist grew up in Sioux Falls, SD and has lived in Milbank for the last 4 years. Dr. Holmquist attended the University of South Dakota as an Honors student and graduated in 2008 with a major in Health Services Administration and minors in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Holmquist received her DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in May 2012.
Dr. Holmquist is a member of the South Dakota Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She has completed many hours of continuing dental education. Dr. Holmquist is an evaluator for Dr. Gordon Christensen, a world-renowned leader in oral health procedures and materials.
Dr. Holmquist lives in Milbank with her husband, Erek and their children, Holden and Scarlett. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with friends and family.
